Prior to your procedure, we ask that you leave all jewelry and valuables at home. Bring your photo ID, insurance cards, and your glasses with you. Make sure that you have an escort to take you home following the procedure. You will be asked to provide their name, relationship, and phone number prior to registration. The length of time you will be at the center is roughly 2 hours from the time that you check in to the time that you leave. Please make prior arrangements for child care. The facility is not designed to accommodate young children. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us in advance of the procedure. Please bring a list of all medications with you on the day of the procedure. |

When You Arrive |
- Check in the registration area, i.e. reception station.
- Present your photo ID and your insurance card.
- Bring any co-pay, self-payment, or deductible payment due on the day of the procedure.
- We do accept all major credit cards, cash, or checks.
- Present a list of your medications and identify any allergies.
- If you an allergy to latex or to rubber, please disclose that information.
- If you have a pacemaker, please bring the manufacturer's ID card.
- If you have sleep apnea, or are on a CPAP machine, please bring it with you.

After Your Procedure |
- Remember that on average, recovery time is 30-45 minutes for most procedures.
- Patients cannot leave the reception or recovery area until the escort arrives.
- Your escort must be available to escort you from the facility, sign the written instructions, etc.
- If possible, please ask the escort to stay at the facility until it is time for your discharge.
- Please be sure to phone our office to report how you are feeling on the day following your procedure.
